POLICIES
Payment Policy:
- For new clients, payment by check or cash is required on the first visit for the first visit (including the key pick-up/return if needed).
- For existing clients, weekly/monthly payments can be arranged.
Cancellation Policy:
- Please have the courtesy to cancel all scheduled services at least 72 hours in advance.
- Holiday Season bookings for services are non-refundable.
Returned Check Fees Policy:
- A $45.00 fee will be charged for any and all returned checks.
Holiday/Last Minute Reservation Policy:
- Special arrangements may be possible on an extremely limited basis for services on a holiday or for last minute reservations.
- Please contact me with details and for further information.
- I understand that emergencies occur and I am happy to accommodate short notices if able.
